Transparent motives and communication

We believe that transparency is the most effective method for removing barriers between collaborations. That is why we treasure transparency as the first of our five company core values.

Setting the right expectations

The very first step to being transparent is to start setting accurate expectations, and in order to do that, we need to get a good view of your business and its goals.

Your faith in us as a provider that delivers on our promises is essential to our brand and company culture. As a result, we do not work on contractual projects where we feel we cannot set clear or significant expectations.

Everytime we consider working with a new client like yourself, we start with a fact finding meeting or call during which we learn as much as we can about your business, your online goals, your team and how we can help you achieve your goals. It’s also the stage of communications where we decide if your project would be a good match for us (we don’t pick every project, and here’s why).

Doing the work, measuring, adjusting and succeeding

Every project we deliver is carefully thought-out and planned for maximum end results.

Accountability

We begin by nominating a project executive from each party, who will manage a multidisciplinary team and oversee all operations and communications between the parties.

Each key individual on the project from both sides must commit to a set of KPIs that can be used to measure their progress, and these will be recorded into a reporting calendar.

By doing this, we always know what’s working and what’s not and where to treat any bottlenecks when they occur.

Operations during the project

For day-to-day operations, we install and implement modern project management tools and workflows with our clients (including training on how to use them).

This gives us a fast-track for success over the course of the project.

We work hard to make everything we do as transparent, results-focused as possible so that both parties benefit over a project that meets its objectives and in the time allocated.

Installing marketing autonomy

Another of our core values is to “be a teacher”.

We make it a point to explain the why behind our online marketing plans where possible, so that as you grow with us, you actually need less of our operational involvement, allowing us to move into a more consultative role.

Some contracts include on-location meetings and training to better coordinate and facilitate online marketing plans, and to train and manage teams so that we can better reach our goals.
